Staying at Hanamizuki over New Year was genuinely a delightful experience, full of warmth and memorable moments. The air-conditioned rooms, with their cozy atmosphere and invitingly comfortable layout, offered a splendid view of Mount Fuji, a sight I could never tire of. The homemade meals were the highlight for me-each breakfast and dinner felt like a delicious embrace of Japanese hospitality, with everything from tempura to sukiyaki served up generously. The cleanliness of the facilities was exemplary, surpassing expectations and reminiscent of a five-star establishment. I was particularly pleased with the friendly staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival and even assisted with our dining reservation, which exemplified their exceptional hospitality. With their knowledge of the area, they made our family holiday feel special and effortless, showcasing the true essence of a ryokan experience. I would undoubtedly recommend Hanamizuki to fellow travelers-its charm is not just in the stunning views but in the heartwarming service that makes you feel right at home.
